Return Policy and Refunds

Our products are custom made for you in our factory. After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. (If you do not receive it, check your spam folder).You then have 48 hours to cancel your order. After that, your order will go to our factory and your order will be handmade. It is also possible that we have the items in stock and can ship them earlier.In special cases, you may cancel the order after 48 hours, provided that this is an item that is ordered a lot. You must then contact customer service via the button on the Home page and send us the reason for cancellation and your order number.To be eligible for a refund for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not completely wrinkled etc., so please pack it neatly. You must put a note inside the packaging with your order number and full name.

Refund Shipping Costs

We do NOT refund shipping costs for a return, not for sending AND not for returning. We are a small business and want to keep the costs of products as low as possible.

Refund Product Purchase

As soon as your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Once your package has been received by us, your refund will be processed immediately and Mollie b.v. will refund you within a certain 5-6 business days.Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and search for Mollie’s name.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received a refund, please contact us via the customer service button on the homepage.

Exchanges

We always replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for a different color, you will have to pay 2x shipping costs yourself.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must send your product to: Re-covers, Zeewinde 16, 2201 SP Noorwijk you will also need a tracking code which you can send via customer service.You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will be the item price that you get back.If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
